Jaipur Metro Phase 2 approved by Union Cabinet
A 41 km corridor from Todi Mod to Prahladpura with 36 stations, two of them underground near the airport, at about ₹13,038 crore.
Impact: Tonk Road, Sitapura and the airport belt gain a direct metro spine. Expect the strongest buyer interest within about 1 km of stations.

JDA starts land acquisition for Mahal Road–Tonk Road link
Notices issued to 27 landholders to complete a missing 600 m sector road in Prahladpura, Jagatpura, linking Mahal Road and the Ring Road to the Tonk Road cloverleaf.
Impact: Traffic can skip the Bilwa and Prahladpura underpasses. Plots on the Mahal Road side get easier Tonk Road access, a plus for Jagatpura's eastern sectors.

Triveni Nagar–Gurjar Ki Thadi elevated road foundation laid
A 2.16 km four-lane elevated road costing about ₹218 crore, with an underpass at Mahesh Nagar, to ease the Gopalpura bypass.
Impact: Faster access from Mansarovar and New Sanganer Road towards Malviya Nagar and Tonk Road. Supportive for Mansarovar and Gopalpura resale values.
